The Future Prime Minister

Last year, Malaysia Today said that Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah will be contesting the Umno Presidency with Najib Tun Razak as his running mate versus Abdullah Ahmad Badawi with Muhyiddin Yassin as his running mate. Malaysia Today lied. Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah will be contesting the Umno Presidency with Muhyiddin Yassin as his running mate versus Abdullah Ahmad Badawi with Najib Tun Razak as his running mate (excerpt from Malaysia Today)

Political pundits are making many predictions about Malaysians politics. As of Raja Petra of the infamous Malaysia Today, he suggested that Ku Li will be challenging Pak Lah for the UMNO Presidency. Tan Sri Muhyiddin will challenge Dato' Seri Najib. What a battle would it be. Nevertheless, UMNO will be split into 2 again like what happened in 1987 (in which Ku Li challenged Dr. Mahathir). Interesting enough, Tan Sri Muhyiddin said in New York last two days, he is the least ambitious politician. A politician is definitely ambitious. To add insult to injury, Khairry Jamaluddin is an ambitious politician as so is Dato' Sri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein. The latter is having a fight of his life to contest the Vice President post as there are many strong contestant and the incumbents are considered heavyweight too. Alas, Dato' Sri Mohd Ali Rustam is the only incumbent contesting the post if Tan Sri Muhyiddin feels that he wanted to try a higher post. Dato' Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, Dato' Sri Adenan Yaakob, Dato' Sri Shahidan Kassim and maybe Tan Sri Muhammad Muhd Taib are those eagerly waiting to be nominated and contest the VP post.

My friend just came back from Penang. He went there to lend a support to Dato' Seri Khir Toyo's campaign in his bid to become the next Youth Head. As I see it, there are 3 potential candidates, namely Dato' Mukhriz Mahathir, Dato' Seri Khir Toyo and Khairry Jamaluddin. Khairry is the only candidate that is yet to declare that he is contesting the post. All that I can say is that this coming November Perhimpunan Agung UMNO, it will be a very interesting event to look forward to.

P/S Tan Sri Isa Samad would definitely contest a big post. Maybe sontoloyo knows the answer.

  3. Tan Sri Mahyudin Yassin akan tetap jadi pilihan kami untuk jadi "the Next Prime Minister". Yes he can and we believe he can.

Selain TSMY yang lain-lain semua bekas anggota S46 atau spesis yang sama dengannya yang anti TDM.
