Communist

A Chinese citizen who breaks ties with the Chinese Communist Party is signing his death warrant. Political oppression is a fact of life in China. The Chinese Communist Party censors Internet sites that denounce China’s record on human rights. China is curtailing its population explosion by instituting its brutal one child policy. To have more than one child in China brings penalties from Communist officials. Trials in China are short, secret, and unfair. A Chinese citizen can be executed within a few short days without having a fair trial.

The Government continued to commit widespread and well-documented human rights abuses, in violation of internationally accepted norms. These abuses stemmed from the authorities' very limited tolerance of public dissent aimed at the Government, fear of unrest, and the limited scope or inadequate implementation of laws protecting basic freedoms. The Constitution and laws provide for fundamental human rights, but these protections often are ignored in practice. Abuses included instances of extra-judicial killings, torture and mistreatment of prisoners, forced confessions, arbitrary arrest and detention, lengthy incommunicado detention, and denial of due process.

Prison conditions at most facilities remained harsh. In many cases, particularly sensitive political cases, the judicial system denies criminal defendants basic legal safeguards and due process because authorities attach higher priority to maintaining public order and suppressing political opposition than to enforcing legal norms. The Government infringed on citizens' privacy rights. The Government continued restrictions on freedom of speech and of the press, and tightened these toward the end of the year.

The Chinese government also was noted for its forced abortion practices according to the State Department the Communist Party developed: coercive family planning practices which sometimes include forced abortion and forced sterilization, Unions are outlawed in China and slave labor is common. The Government continued to restrict tightly worker rights, and forced labor remains a problem.

Those Chinese that seek to leave the Communist party lose their jobs, are sentence to harsh prison terms, or are executed. Those who want democracy in China are brave, but ultimately are crushed by the Chinese Communist Party.

In November 1998, over 30 members and supporters of the China Democracy Party were detained, and in December 1998, three of its leaders were sentenced to lengthy jail terms, apparently as a warning to other activists. Veteran dissidents Xu Wenli, Wang Youcai, and Qin Yongmin were tried under the law on state security for their attempts to organize and register the CDP as an opposition party and for allegedly colluding with foreign forces to "subvert state power." They were given harsh sentences of 13, 11, and 12 years, respectively, in closed trials that flagrantly violated due process.

The Chinese press is simply a propaganda tool used by the Chinese Communist Party. Those publications that dare mention China’s poor record on human rights or promote democracy are censored and their managers thrown into prison. According to the State Department.

Also in November and December, the authorities imposed new regulations on the Internet, the publishing industry, and social organizations; closed several newspapers and fired several outspoken editors; and banned a popular, but politically- sensitive, book and other publications. The China Development Union, an independent group in Beijing, which had organized discussions on a wide range of topical issues, including political reform, had its activities curtailed in November and was eventually shut down. Cruel and unusual punishment is not uncommon in Chinese prisons. Those Chinese that oppose the Communist Party are arrested for their political beliefs and are given a short as well as secret trial.

So, to those Chinese pig and pig eater who have been given the nationality of Malaysia, you should be thankful to Malays. Maybe if u stay in your mainland, u will be tortured right now. Take a deep breath and think carefully.

  4. Diorang tau hidup kat China tu bukan senang hidup disini.

Diaorang hidup senang 50 tahun di sini sekarang lupe lak kedudukan mereka disini

Dulu masa sekolah dulu tak bacake Rukun Negara-"Keluhuran Perlembagaan". atau diorang baca "Keluruhan Perlembagaan"? Satu maknanya dimuliakan satu lagi maknanya digugurkan.

Yelah ingat orang Melayu aje Mudah Lupa rupanya orang Cina lagi Manyak lupa.

  7. Sedikit pembetulan..
